Advancing SDG 7

Empower Electrical partnered with the United Nations to advance SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy through the implementation of a rural electrification project in South Africa. This initiative focused on installing solar-powered microgrids in underserved communities, providing reliable, sustainable electricity to over 5,000 households. By integrating innovative energy storage solutions and training local technicians, the project not only reduced dependency on fossil fuels but also empowered communities with knowledge and resources to maintain the systems.
